Sara luxury apartment 3

Excellent location , the apartment was very big with all the amenities you’d need. 2 bedrooms both with tvs . Our host Valerio was super and came and met us and was always on hand if we needed him . The apartment overlooks at the back a beautiful restaurant with lemon and orange trees .

Sadly the shower had no hot water and an error on the boiler on couple of occasions but the host came round within a few minutes but it did happen again but we just took the plug out again as he did and was soon rectified .

Valerio was very good. He met us at check in and was very helpful. He worked with our schedule and a late check out. He gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Very customer service oriented. Beautiful apartment with a view!!!

The location is spectacular! It's a great size apartment for a large family & has various sleeping options. The washing machine is clutch too and there is a great laundry mat nearby if a dryer is needed. I also loved the cabinet with all the extras; sheets, towels, blankets. ..

I think given the location & size - this place could be a 10/10 with minimal upgrades. The couch and bedding/ blankets could be updated. I think double checking on cleaning could help too. It wasn't terrible but having extra sheets & blankets felt comforting. I'd love to stay here again! Just a heads up for those particular people .
