El Templito de Puerto I

Sehr netter Kontakt, welcher immer erreichbar war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und konnten ohne Probleme auch selber kochen (sehr gut ausgestattete Küche). Die Lage ist auch gut. Gleich gegenüber hat es einen Einkaufsladen. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer entlang der Strasse.

Bell’appartamento , grande , pulito, in una buona posizione. Vicinissimo a un supermercato e a un paio di bar, a 200 metri una lavanderia. Non abbiamo mai visto i proprietari ma la comunicazione è stata perfetta .

C’è una lavatrice ma manca il detersivo .

Humid, dirty, not enogh towels, other properties on the island have same prices are much higher elevated and adapted to tourists … i would rate it higher average, definitely need to be cleaner, whole kitchen was oily and not clean, i had to shower 4 days with one towel, which was already stinky after 2 days because it was impossible to dry it in the apartment which had humidity rate very high…

The property was clean and spacious and the owners were helpful. Shower was hot, location close to supermarket and a good coffee shop

Perhaps more casserole dishes and blankets as it was chilly

Appartamento super carino e spazioso a Puerto del Rosario. Zona tranquilla. È esattamente come in foto. La sala con la cucina è veramente molto graziosa,ha 2 camere da letto(una matrimoniale e una singola) e 1 divano letto. Doccia molto bella!

L’unica pecca,se devo trovarla,è il bagno senza finestra. A me non ha dato particolare fastidio,ma ovviamente gli odori ci mettono un po’ di più ad uscire.
