Hotel Aero Star By Star

Location is fairly close to airport.

hotel tries to put you in their "so called" group hotel near to Aerostar property. Offers lower category rooms instead of what is booked on portals. Hotel is heavily unhygenic, dirty. Food quality is very poor.

Location advantage at the airport.

The first floor room was noisy due to the noise coming from the lobby. The hotel room was very lacking in basic amenities.

The location is convenient to get to the airport in the morning.

the car noise outside the window was a lot, and i was in a back room not near the highway, and it was still alot.

Facilities and amenities were good.

Shoddy area full of agents and prostitutes. Breakfast venue is in a different hotel. Will never stay in that locality.

Nothing positive. At least the lobby has nice marble floor.

Horrible experience. We changed room five times because every times the whole bed was stained, insects everywhere and unfriendly staff. Don’t come here. Especially the Manager Dinesh Singh should get fired immediately. Super unprofessional. Not treating guests properly. Needed to call the police, because he threatened us.
