La Playa 1BDR Apartment

The location is very good. The host is always available and easy to contact. The flat is pretty spacious, has a nice balcony, air conditioning, washing machine and most of the facilities needed for an enjoyable holiday. Overall, we had a great time in this lovely flat and will most likely go back in the future.

There are no blackout blinds nor curtains in the bedroom facing east(very bright very early in the morning) and it is getting quite hot overnight as the air-con is not really reaching that area. The sofabed in the living room is very comfortable, but quite dirty and it could do with some cleaning or some sort of cover that can be washed/replaced from time to time. A new mattress wouldn’t do any damage either as, although comfortable, it looks a bit dodgy and we’ve been provided with only one king size bed sheet for the entire 9 nights of staying. A kettle and a toaster would be more suitable than a microwave oven in the kitchen and somebody should check if everything is working properly before the arrival of the new guests(the TV in the living was only showing a handful of channels and had to be completely retuned, the boiler was unplugged at arrival and a bit moody afterwards, the kitchen mixer tap was loose, the shower support/holder was broken and unusable). These are mainly suggestions for the host to look at for turning the place into a perfect 10 out of 10.
