L'escale - Ultracentral

Elegant, modern, well furnished, and well equipped. Near the cultural center of town. The owner has provided many little touches that went beyond normal expectations and welcomed the guest.

It is difficult to find, even for taxi drivers. Providing a detailed description of location and directions (in English) would be a big help. Once we found it and understood about the lock box, the rest was easy.

Spotless clean! Everything is in working condition. Loved the white bed sheets and towels. Comfy bed. Decently quiet. Literally a few steps away from the old town.

Very clean property; the property is located in the core of the city, next to the City hall/National Theatre Square, in close proximity to several drug and groceries stores.

Very central and very spacious apartment. Separate kitchen, separate bedroom, separate bathroom. The apartment couldn't be more central, still the environment was very quiet. Well equipped kitchen, very nice rooms. Perfect stay.

It was very clean and comfortable.

Finding the apartment was difficult.

The apartment was perfect for a family with a kid - nice, warm, cozy and clean, exactly as on the pictures, also located right in the town center. Everything that we needed was available including coffee, water and all utensils. We only spent a night, but we would have been glad to stay longer.

We arrived tired in the evening on 1st of Jan after a whole day of traveling, and for some reason we couldn't get in the building straight away. There was a self check-in: a box with a card for the front door (and another for the apt key), but the card wasn't working at first. We had to try several times and called the host, until the card eventually worked and we managed to enter. Perhaps it was a temporary situation - once it was resolved, everything was fine. The host didn't speak English, so it was easier to message them. Nevertheless they were responsive and tried to help.
