スタッフがとても親切。 室内を素足で歩いても足裏が汚れないくらいきれいに掃除してくれている。写真通りの清潔感のある部屋でした。 アメニティが揃っており、タオルの交換は掛けてある物まで毎日交換してくれていた。 シャワーの水圧、湯温ともに満足だったが、バスタブと同時には使えなかった。 王宮内という特別感と、安心感が大きかった。

シャワーの排水がイマイチだったが、お願いすればきちんと掃除してくれた。バスタブの水栓のお湯と水の表示が逆に付いており、事前にお知らせがなかったこと。

It was a special experience in a quaint corner amidst the bustle of Ubud. Since they have retained much of the old Palace so no frills there, which actually added to the beauty of the place. I liked that the hotel has maintained only the very basic service so no fancy facilities. This definitely adds to the feel of an old world charm!

Since it is in the heart of the market area. You can hear traffic sounds distantly. But nothing that an ear plug can't resolve!

Breakfast could have been better

Camera molto comoda e funzionale (letto comodo ottima doccia a/c efficace) letteralmente dentro il Palazzo Reale di Ubud, colazione di eccellente qualità sul patio all'esatto orario scelto (essenziale per organizzare i propri tour giornalieri) e spettacolo di danza Legong gratuito ogni sera. Infine un apprezzamento per i ragazzi della gestione sempre pronti, sorridenti, gentili ed efficienti!
