Le sol n'était pas très propre, beaucoup de saleté et de cheveux sur le sol de la cuisine notamment

L'appartamento è grande per quattro persone ma molto trasandato e la pulizia superficiale. In cucina sul tavolo c'era un tappeto tutto rotto. Considerando la pigione pagata, si potevano investire 5€ e comprarlo nuovo. Tutto il palazzo aveva un aspetto trasandato e sporco. Non lo consiglio.

The location is its saving grace. Very central to the sights and Torino Centrale, only 5 min walk to the train station where you'll find a great supermarket.

1. The check-in process online was laborious and involved over 10 emails back and forth, and the digital check-in before as well as the actual getting physical access to the building and apartment using the phone, were both challenging and frustrating. Once we got the hang of how the link worked it then became easy. 2. The sitting area is dark and the sofa is hard and uncomfortable, we never once used it. 3. The kitchen's facilities are disappointing and we didn't even mind not having a dishwasher. No chopping board even though an assortment of knives were provided. Pots and pans, and crockery are OK but only 2 tiny tumblers are provided, no wine glasses at all. And no tall water glasses. 4. Something was wrong with the drainage in the toilet, a foul smell came and went often for no reason, which was annoying and the toilet seat was not fitted properly (or it could be falling apart) so it was uncomfortable using the toilet. 5. Communication at check-in was lacking since no humans were involved, we ended up asking for more toilet rolls (6 days for 2 people) not knowing extra rolls were provided in one of the drawers. 6. The double bed in one of the two bedrooms is very uncomfortable, the mattress had seen much better days, it sacked in the middle. The one mattress made up with two single beds was also uncomfortable, according to my friend, as the two beds split up easily under the bedding. We are also not used to not having a duvet cover. Only a sheet with the bare duvet on top. 7. Many light bulbs in the apartment were blown out, making the place very dark even when all light switches were turned on.
