Außergewöhnlich und sehr erfreulich war die Vermieterin (wobei es nicht ganz klar ist, ob Mann oder Frau oder Paar), die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht war. Sie hatte wertvolle Tipps und war jederzeit erreichbar.

Es waren einige Dinge defekt, wie die Dusche oder der Fernseher, das Schliss zum Bad und andere Kleinigkeiten. Die Küche war nicht für Selbstversorger ausgestattet, aber ausreichend. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren alt und nicht ausreichend für die Personenanzahl.
