I cannot understand the only other review of this place. The host was absolutely amazing, was very flexible with check-in and accommodated any issues.The place is very big, clean and just as described, we had everything to satisfy our necessities. It has two small balconies which can be used for smoking, if you are interested in that. The location is good and every point in the city can be reached with just a small tuktuk drive.

If you're not careful when showering, the bathroom might get a little wet and slippery. Shouldn't be a problem when you're mindful.
