Το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο! Πολύ ωραία θέα, ήσυχο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μέσα στην παλιά πόλη της Ματέρας! Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το προτείνω! Αν βρεθώ ξανά στην περιοχή σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω ξανά το ίδιο κατάλυμα!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely unforgettable base for Matera If you're visiting Matera and want to be immersed in the magic of the Sassi without being buried deep inside them, this is the perfect location. We were positioned right on the outskirts of the ancient cave district with the most breathtaking views across the rooftops and down into the ravine — the kind of views you see on postcards but never quite believe are real until you're standing there with a glass of wine watching the golden light fade over 9,000 years of history. The room itself was everything you could want — stylish, thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean and genuinely comfortable. It struck the perfect balance between contemporary comfort and the raw beauty of the surroundings. We slept brilliantly every night. The location is simply unbeatable. Everything is walkable — the cave churches, the belvedere viewpoints, the best restaurants in the Sassi — all within easy reach on foot, yet far enough from the busiest areas to feel peaceful and private. Matera is one of those places that genuinely changes you, and having the right base makes all the difference. This place absolutely delivered that. If you're going to Matera — and you absolutely should — book here without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended. We'll be back.

la habitación huele mucho a humedad" estaba frío en la noche, mala iluminación en el baño, el lugar para tomar desayuno muy poco acogedor y el desayuno mismo muy pobre

De locatie was TOP, als buiten komt uit de kamer heb je meteen een prachtig zicht op de rotswand met de grotwoningen. Op wandelafstand van de historische binnenstad en de grote winkelstraat alsook van tal van restaurants. De accommodatie was voorzien van het nodige comfort voor een kort verblijf.

De kamer had een beetje een muffe geur doordat er 2 kleine raampjes zijn die kunnen geopend worden. Verder heb je doordat het goed gelegen is vele toeristen die voorbij je deur wandelen en dus nog laat lawaai van gebabbel. Maar na 23u wordt het wel stiller. Het ontbijt is ondanks het in buffet vorm is beperkt tot croissantjes en droge koekjes/taart met koffie en of fruitsap.

L’humidité dans la chambre, linge de lit humide, déshumidificateur non fonctionnel ou mal réglé, odeur d’œuf pourri dans la baignoire balnéo. L’accès direct dans la salle de petit dej et réception (bruits ambiants)
