Vista al mar y alberca privada en Sector Bahía

The location was good and the view of the marina was nice. The balconies were also nice to sit out on.

The place was kind of run down and needed some work. It was dirty, and there were cobwebs in a few places. We also didn't have enough towels for all the guests. There was no place to sit and relax downstairs, and there was only one couch upstairs in the loft. It was also a hassle getting in and out of the driveway because the house is on a busy street and you need someone to open/close the gate everytime.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice, the pool was also a plus.

There was water running down from the ceiling and also from the pool so outside was a mess at some point and then they also stated they had toiletries but it was a used shampoo and used bar soap. It was not as clean as you would want specially if you're paying extra for it. On the windows there was pieces of the blinds missing. Also it was very hard to get to the location because the address was not correct!

The view is very nice.

My friend uses a cane and has difficulty walking. He could not get around. Too many stairs. If course he took the downstairs bedroom but getting into the bathroom in the night was challenging. He and his wife left after the first night.

Views are excellent. Nice spot to watch the sun come up on a morning. The terrace upstairs with the hammocks was a particular highlight, i lost some very comfortable hours sleeping on those hammocks... AC in all rooms was excellent. WI-FI was excellent too,

A real problem collecting the keys. The code supplied to access the keys didn't work. I waited an hour for the owners to arrive and the code didn't work for them either. We (WE) had to physically cut into the key box to access the keys (not sure what we would have done without the saw in my toolbox) and in doing so, we cut through the front door key. This meant that during my stay, the front door wasn't fully secured. The house was OK but it felt like it needed a deep clean. It felt like the previous guests had just left without any cleaning. The bathrooms in particular were bad. The refrigerator was dirty and most of the kitchen was too. I ended up leaving early to stay in a hotel. This is in no way a negative review of the house itself or the owners, its simply a review of the lack of cleaning, easily solved.
