Everything was terrible. The kitchen didn’t work. It was too noisy. The owner didn’t solve the problem, and we checked out two days early because of the drunk people next to our apartment. The place is not suitable for families. I told the owner that they should change the advertisement because it is not a family-friendly place.

I stayed in the apartment for 11 nights and will definitely return for next trip.Very convenient by train within 30 min to Euston. Very quiet and peace apartment which my favorite is the Terrance.And impressive is the communication from the host.And also kitchen supplement is very qualified and easy to use.

Could improve bed lien the size is a little bit small to the king size bed

Very clean and modern apartment. Very well managed by David and had great communication throughout our experience.

Very loud road noise. Didn't dampen our stay too much however is on a busy main road.

Clean and tidy flat with all the necessary facilities for a stay. Great communication with the staff and extremely accommodating. Felt very safe whilst staying and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend.

Good location for visiting family. Host was very communicative and gave good instructions before we arrived. The YouTube video for getting the keys was helpful and required.

Mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable with springs sticking out, which made it impossible to get a good sleep. Kettle was full of limescale, so could not use it. Coffee machine did not work, so also could not use that. Had to wash glasses before use as they looked dirty with finger prints and stains on them.
