BlissPoint Inn & Suites

It was very snowy/icy out and they have tile/marble type floors with hardly any rugs down and just a caution wet floor sign out. They also expected a $20 cash deposit at check in with no notice of this policy anywhere except a paper hanging on the wall behind the desk. I booked a king room and was given a double room instead. The deadbolt was broken on the door and instead of just getting us another room they offered to call a handyman and have us wait for a few hours (it was after 9pm at this point) to fix it. We had to ask for other room instead. Won't be returning.

Very new and clean hotel! They don’t have the pool or spa right now because new owners just took over and are renovating. Breakfast isn’t available for the same reason, but overall a very nice and quiet experience!

Been a couple times now very quiet and relaxing very very clean rooms will return for more visits

Good price and location

When I arrived the attendant was sleeping, had to call and wake him up. He then assigned me the wrong room. When I arrived at the room and tried to enter, a very angry guy open the door. I apologized and returned to the front desk, and was assigned to another room. Room no#213 had no towels, no hot water to the sink, the shower did have hot water. Also someone had left a dirty sock in the middle of the floor.

Great stay no issues traveling for work. Beds are super comfortable and front desk is very accommodating

I hate getting on Google and leaving bad reviews, however, I don’t want another mom to have the same experience I did. I had a long drive with my three young kids and, being a single mom; I needed a cheaper, safe place to stop to give my kids a break from being in the car. The google reviews weren’t terrible and the hotel was right off the highway so I thought this was perfect. The lobby was the nicest thing about the stay. And probably the cleanest. Our room was so dirty that my children’s feet were literally black after being barefoot in there for less than 2 hours. I could tell right away that it wasn’t the safest place for me to be staying alone with my 3 kids. There were a lot of people sitting in their cars in the parking lot. The guy working the front desk didn’t say one word to me or even ask for my ID when I checked in. There were people screaming and running down the hallway long past two AM, doors slamming, cars in and out of the parking lot with super loud music playing, which, honestly I wouldn’t care too much about if it wasn’t so loud that it woke my baby up several times through the night. Our TV in our room wouldn’t work. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to figure out the password to the WiFi so I couldn’t play movies on my kids iPad. I did not feel even remotely safe and the ONLY thing about the staff that was nice was the man working to get the rooms ready.
