Verena's Place Old Town

Verena’s Place is a lovely room in the heart of the old town. It’s small but perfect for one or two nights stay, the bed was super comfy and the usb/usb-c plugs next to the bed was a real bonus! The aircon was very great. It was a little noisy but once I shut the window and the shutters it was fine. The hosts were also really responsive and the use of the luggage storage was a real plus. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Die Ausstattung mit vielen kleinen Details wirkt sehr liebevoll durchdacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Anbieterin funkioniert perfekt!

Das Zimmer ist wirklich SEHR eng. Eine einfache Yoga-Übung neben dem Bett zu machen ist ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit... Die Laustärke auf der Straße unterhalb des Fensters ist enorm, aber das war/ist in der Innenstadt zu erwarten. Dafür ist man direkt in der Altstadt, direkt beim Restaurant und nur 100m von der Promenade entfernt. Ein wenig gestört hat aber der Eingangsbereich (die Zimmer sind Teil eines Wohnhauses): Der Treppenhaus ist unansehnlich und mufft; an einem Tag lag zudem arg riechender Kot direkt vorm Eingang (wofür natürlich die Anbieterin der Zimmer nichts kann). Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht (was uns persönlich nicht störte, aber andere Gäste eventuell schon)

Amazing spot in the middle of Zadar Old Town. All amenities we could wish for, and more, were present. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and tidy.

Of course, staying in any city centre, comes with some noise. However, this place is located next to/in a very popular and crowded street where there are bars, restaurant and even an outdoor club. Even with the windows closed, the music was way too loud too fall asleep. Maybe it was due to the weekend and the busy month of July, but I would definitely advise bringing some sort of earplugs.

The location was perfect and within walking distance of everywhere in the Old Town. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean and tidy.

Świetna lokalizacja, łatwy dostęp do restauracji, zabytków, starego miasta i sklepów. Bardzo ładny wystrój lokalu, czysto i świeżo. Sam pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w łazience pełen zestaw środków do higieny osobistej, szczoteczki, pasty do zębów, krem z filtrem i tak dalej. Jeżeli zdarzy Ci się czegoś zapomnieć to duża szansa że będzie to w obiekcie :) Bardzo pomogła nam możliwość zostawienia bagażu w miejscu do jego przechowania po wymeldowaniu, a przed opuszczeniem miasta.

Obok znajduje się klub nocny i nocą był dość duży hałas o głośna muzyka. Jednak po zamknięciu okien nie było to aż tak problematyczne.

Ogromnie polecam Verena's Place Old Town - pokój bardzo czysty, zadbany i przytulny. Wynajmujący zadbał o udogodnienia w postaci klimatyzacji oraz zasłon blokujących dostęp promieni słonecznych (przez co w pokoju było przyjemnie chłodno). Ponadto, w łazience do dyspozycji pozostawały m.in. szczoteczki do zębów i inne przybory higieniczne, co było dodatkowym atutem! Kontakt z wynajmującym na ogromny plus - dokładne i czytelne wskazówki dotyczące zakwaterowania zostały przesłane przed przybyciem na miejsce, przez co proces zameldowania był bezproblemowy. Wynajmujący błyskawicznie odpisywał na wiadomości, a to dało mi poczucie bezpieczeństwa przez okres mojego pobytu. Jeśli będę mieć okazję, by ponownie odwiedzić Zadar, z miłą chęcią wrócę do Verena's Place Old Town!!! :)))
