"I only stayed one day that's how poor it was and I don't plan on using booking ever again"

Not much to like

Very poor communication between me and host I only stayed one day and booked another place very disappointing tv didn't work the mattress was plastic very poor place

My parents were supposed to stay in the place for a month but the service wasnā€™t good. the front desk canā€™t help them and the contact person takes so much time to respond. also, it is my first time to hear an accommodation to charge fees for new towels and bedding

"Great location and hosts"

Hosts were very friendly and accommodated my request for late checkout. The location is also EXCELLENT for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Itā€™s near for everything. 1 minute walk to Robinson Mall.

That was so disappointing, thereā€™s 2 Lock in the room but only 1 Key,and no one tell me not to lock one of them,of course when I got back in my room I canā€™t go inside because the other Key is not with me. I was contacting the owner of the unit and she/he even insisting that It was my fault because I didnā€™t check the key first,Like WTH !! That your obligation to explain your tenant the DO/DONT in the unit ! Tenant doesnā€™t have any idea unless we stay a month already in the unit. They send someone to open the Lock and I wait 2 hours outside the room . That was horrible!! Never again !!!
