Studio 7 Harker Heights

I loved the Halloween decorations!

There's no elevator. It smelled like cigarettes. The beds were hard as sleeping on concrete. The infection of bugs was off the chart!

This was the grossest , stinky , uncleaned hotel I've ever seen , let alone stay in !!! I recorded a video it was that BAD

At this point nothing.

I was double charged. I paid booking through Apple Pay and when I arrived to the property, they asked me for my card. I was told that it was only for a whole however it’s been a back-and-forth story saying that booking was supposed to release the whole and I was not supposed to be charged by them then booking told me that they weren’t supposed to charge me at the property and, I have not been able to get my money back from either booking or from Studio 7 at Harker Heights and then when I arrive there I was sent to room 105 as soon as I open the door there was a dirty washrag on the floor both beds look like somebody had already been on them and slept on them or just went in there to do. Who knows what I was then sent to another room felt like it wasn’t working that great a terrible experience unable to get any of my money back and it’s not fair that I had to pay Booking.com and I was also charged at the property

It was generally a quiet atmosphere, conducive to relaxation. The staff is really nice. If I were in town for business again, I'd stay there again. :-)

They stole something out of my car first day I forgot to lock my car.

Gross place, pungent tobacco smell in the room, disgusting stained carpet, was probably never changed in 40 years. Just disgusting.
