Luxurious 2BR Condo in Zona Romantica Pool Gym

Very clean, great location, amazing staff.

Loved it all but could’ve been made aware sooner that the pool was going to be closed, but appreciate the compensation.

We loved the staff at NAYA, and the concierge/front desk folks. As always, the locals are amazing and super helpful. The rooftop facility is phenomenal ! It's beautiful and having a bar on the rooftop was a very nice touch. The first two days the bartender working was soooo nice and you could tell he loved his job. Having a Washing Machine/Dryer in the unit is a very nice convenience.

Now for the bad,.....We've been to PV maybe 8 or 9 times now, staying in different Condo's (never large hotels), and this is the only time we encountered (multiple ) problems. I'm not sure if it had been a while since someone stayed here--but too many issues and we would never stay in this unit again. I'm not sure who is at fault, (I'm thinking the actual owner), but it could be booking ??? I have to do bullet points here, as only so many characters are allowed. 1st issue: Broken faucet on day one, in the double vanity, maintenance came to fix it, requested from the owner to approve , day 6 when we left, owner still hadn't approved-- it was still broken. 2nd issue: Fridge wasn't cooling , we placed $250 worth of groceries and the next morning realized it wasn't cooling properly. Maintenance came and fixed it within a few hours evening day 2. 3rd issue: The other bathroom, the pipes were leaking under this sink and soaked the 4 bath towels under the sink in a basket. Finally we figured it out, I took video's, they came and fixed it day 3. 4th issue and the worst. We did one load of laundry day 3, all fine and good. When we started using towels under the sink in secondary bathroom for showers and realized they were wet, we washed them. THANK GOD we were there and didn't leave. The washer overflowed into the unit, across the kitchen and living room floors, down the hall, and into the bedroom across from it, soaking clothes and shoes we had, and rugs in the bedroom, and kitchen under dining room table. Front desk came immediately , at this point, I'm beyond frustrated ,and annoyed with all of these issues, now vacating the condo for a few hours for clean up, rug removal, etc. I asked if they had another unit for us to move to, as I was over this unit now. Was told no, and "compensation" would be provided. we had two more nights left, so sucked it up. Naya was amazing, we were given $233 back.

Everything - the location of the property was amazing, the hosts was great at supplying needs, and the roof top was awesome (minus it didnt have food some I didn't have to leave).

Only one thing and this is a completely privilege problem, but I stay in the primary bedroom and the wifi didn't reach.
