"A Serene Hideaway, Surrounded by a Welcoming Atmosphere" We had a wonderful time at this lakeside apartment on Lake Iseo. The large garden was perfect for our small family and our one-year-old loved exploring the outdoor spaces. On a wonderful day, we had a picnic by the lake, surrounded by tranquility and olive trees. Nicola told us about their olive oil production from the garden’s olive trees. After tasting it, we couldn’t resist buying some to take home, it was absolutely delicious! Their thoughtfulness and hospitality made us feel truly welcome and at home. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Even though it is located on a semi-basement level, we appreciated how cool it stayed, especially during the hot summer days. It was the perfect escape from the heat after a day of exploring nearby Marone. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with direct access to the lake and hosts who genuinely care about your experience, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning!

"A Hidden Gem with a Private Lakeside Experience" Staying at this apartment on Lake Iseo was a serene and unique experience. The property is a hidden gem, with a large, well-maintained garden that leads directly to the lake. We spent every morning with a cup of coffee, sitting by the water and watching the gentle ripples of the lake—it was the perfect way to start the day. One afternoon, we decided to use our own paddleboards that we had brought with us. Paddling out into the open water was both peaceful and invigorating, and having the ability to launch right from the garden made it all the more special. Afterward, we relaxed in the sun on the private dock and took a dip in the crystal-clear waters. The apartment itself was spotless and had a cozy, welcoming feel. It was equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen where we prepared some meals. The location is ideal for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Iseo. The apartment is slightly below ground level, which kept it cool and comfortable during our summer stay, providing a nice contrast to the warm days outside. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. This lakeside retreat is truly special, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Nicolai was very helpful and loved to practice his English with me. Being on the lake, even though it took a few extra steps was really special.

Perfect location, in the middle of a small town where you can find a restaurant, supermarket and coffee places/bars. Private amazing garden (only shared with the people who live in the house, but everyone was very nice!) most of the time we were completely alone in the garden. We especially loved the possibility to cook outside in the garden! The apartment is downstairs but still light enough to spend a nice time inside. It is well equipped with everything you might need (kitchen, etc.) and everything was very clean.

Perfect reception on very short notice. We arrived an hour too early. Everything was according to the photographs. The appartment was very clean and perfectly equipped kitchen utensils and linen. The garden was perfect, also the view to the lake. The location was very quiet.

The bedroon has no window, it was difficult to get cool air into that room, especially with the hot temperatures outside. We could have used the sofa in the living room, but were too lazy to do it.

Beautiful place right on the lake... private beach and nicely quiet... very nice area around Lake Iseo with plenty of things to do.

The garden with the olive trees and direct access to the lake is unique.
