"Lady very obliging..needs training. Place is run in the cheapest way..no pride by the owner"

Had to ask for the toast and no hot water for the option of having tea

Room too cluttered...fridge should be the same side of the kettle..no room service..had to ask for toilet paper.. washed our cups and glasses in the basin..did not like the ceiling light fitting left exposed. A hand towel would be helpful .
