"Great gesture of staff"

All the staff were really helpful. They even provided a party in our suite for our son, who was 8 that day. They really planned ahead for our needs

The bedsheet weren't clean and bathroom looked unhygienic. There was no water for drinking inside the room plus no towel.

"Taking 1300 instead of 850 so bad"

The facilities are pretty good

I have got the room for 850 on booking.com but the staff was rude and charged me 1300. Felt really betrayed and I had no other option because it was 10.30 pm.

They have refused to give accommodation. They said that they have discontinued the membership with oyo. So they can't accommodate any one booking through oyo or booking.com

They behave very rude. I sincerely request you to refund my amount.
