Pare che questa casa abbia problemi da parecchio tempo, beh lo scarico della doccia è rotto (ancora rotto) ed è stato "bellissimo" lavarsi per trovare, poi, la casa allagata letteralmente. Le condizioni in cui è il bagno non dovrebbero permettere proprio di poter fittare l'appartamento! Quando ho informato la persona che gestisce gli ospiti della struttura, non è stata trovata una soluzione ma mi è stato chiesto come mai non mi ero accorta di nulla e mi è stato detto di smetterla di causare danni alla casa... Al di là della risoluzione del problema, quello che non è stato per niente gradito è la gestione poco professionale e poco umana.

The Bathroom.. had to squeeze the water on the floor because it' was too late to notice that water flows out of the bathroom door while taking shower..and they have no bedit 

The apartment itself is beautiful. The location is also fantastic.

The kitchen is very badly equipped. There is nothing to make coffee! I did message the host to ask about this on arrival this but I didn't receive a reply, it's not nice to feel that one is being ignored. There are also basic kitchen tools missing, a chopping board, a colander, kitchen towels, a broom, a dustpan and brush, and not all the pans work on the induction hob. There are also no instructions for the induction hob, I had to look them up online, many people are not familiar with induction hobs. The bathroom is very small and the first time I had a shower, the toilet roll was soaked. Once I thought to relocate it to the far side of the shower door it was fine. It's is a lovely property, however it is clearly not cared for with love. A little consideration of the practical needs of guests would make this nice property into an excellent stay. Little things make a big difference. For example, putting pictures in the frames rather than leaving them in the wall with only the paper that is in them when you get them from the shops. All these things add up to improve an experience. Shopping for a coffee maker that will work on an induction hob is not what one plans to do on holiday.

The location was great. It is just a few steps from the main center of the city. The self-check-in was great, and the communication with the host was very good.

Of course, this is not the host's fault. There is construction near the house, so there is some disturbing noise. But with the windows closed, it is not a big problem.
