KNi did not hazd any breakfast, the location was not bad at all. the place was ok but could do a little more to make it more comfortable. The cleanliness will get a 6 out of 10. The beds were not make up. can you improve in that area.
the internet service was horrible throughout the stay. The facility need to be able to have someone available for check in and be able to take payment by card up on arrival

Our stay was extremely disappointing. There was no hot water during our entire visit, and the dryer didn’t work. The host kept promising to fix the problems, but nothing was done. We ended up leaving earlier than planned because our children couldn’t keep showering with cold water. As a “solution,” we were given a dirty bucket to heat water on the stove and bathe our kids — completely unacceptable for a paid stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the blanket had visible stains. Communication with both the property manager and the owner was terrible — they did not answer calls or reply to messages when we needed help. They also promised a refund for one night, but we never received anything. This was not at all what we expected or paid for. Totally unprofessional and not recommended, especially for families.
