1)the facilities like door locks, window locks are all old..any one can open it up with little force which brought sense of insecurity. Had to change the room twice owing to some or other problems.. But facility was kind enough to change the room instantly.

I had excellent stay with family. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I came with grandmother to celebrate her bday and the staff took great efforts in decorating the room excellently and making the trip memorable. Had great time and the food was amazing too

Rooms needs to be upgraded to good star hotels as you charge star hotel rates. After paying higher amount for 3 rooms there was no complimentary breakfast.

Wash Room is Not Good- Toilet Sheet Broken- Toilet paper Roll fall Down, Shower Area and Wash Basin Drop Level not Proper * Bed Sheet is Total Black Spot-Dirty Window Curtain is So Dirty-Not Wash so many years.. years... * Steel ladder is small Entry for Room, * Inter com is Not Working - Intercom wire broken and stick with sailor tap *Yes All this Complaints they Ready to give Discount *Dining Area is not Cleaning- in Dining Hall You can Seen Direct Wash Room its Hesitation But its Totally Mood less Property -4Years we go then its Good.
