Pretty good location, roomy home, pool right outside, nice area.

Terrible cat urine smell in master bedroom down stairs, loud ac upstairs, floors were not swept or mopped, counters weren’t cleaned, smoke alarm randomly went off during the middle of the night, house wasn’t real clean. Mgmt sent housekeeper who only mopped the smelly room, then left (despite me asking her to mop kitchen and living areas).
