Stylish Spacious Apartment w 3BR in Copenhagen City

location is great, the beds are very nice and comfortable. the kitchen is spacious and typical danish design.

the fact that there is only 1 bath room for 6-8 people. where the last two persons are supposed to be sleeping is beyond my understanding. the noise from above is keeping you up at night, not the noise from the street, but the moment the neighbors start walking on top of you, you are awake and no we never went to bed before 1 am ourselves.

Bathroom door could be problematic to open. Having the toilet in the same room as the bathroom plus a hairdryer that could not be moved out from the bathroom was tricky when 6 people were staying

The apartment was beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The location was perfect, we planned to metro / bus around the city, but actually, everywhere was within walking distance! Right on the doorstep of restaurants and shops, it was very handy! The beds were very very comfy!

Overall the apartment is great, but there were definitely a couple of niggles. The apartment was very noisy, both from the people in the apartment above and outside on the street. The first night they were so noisy when before and as they went out, around 11.30pm and then it woke us all up again at 4am when they came in. There is also a restaurant below which is very noisy, it sounds like people are dining in the apartment. This isn’t too much of an issue as the opening times aren’t late, however, it was very noisy very early on the Monday morning (I presume staff). It is also advertised as having 2 sofa beds, this isn’t true. One is a sofa, one is a futon. It was fine for our stay as there were only six of us. However someone else was going to come, and this would have caused an issue as they were not practice at all. The towels provided were tiny, also only one hand towel and one towel per person is not enough for a 3 person stay as no towel to put on the floor for after a shower. Overall the property is lovely, but if you are a light sleeper I would probably avoid. Messages were only sent about the noise and advise to bring ear plugs two days before we arrived, which I don’t think is great as no option to cancel at this stage. If you can sleep through noise, and want a lovely apartment in an amazing location, then I would definitely recommend!

Close to all shops: museum:historical attractions : restaurants ect

Occasional noise from delivery trucks in the morning but apartment in central district so understandable. I was ok as not a light sleeper and took ear plugs We were on ground floor few steps up apartment and level changes within the apartment:may not be ideal for visitors with limited mobility.or young children.

Great location, luxury apartment, comfortable beds Important to know that we were 8, and the living room sofa beds are not completely comfortable. One is just the sofa, it doesn’t transform into a bed and the other is a futon bed for a kid… not an adult

Very large and comfortable apartment in a very good location. Very helpful contacts who replied to our concerns very quickly

A number of issues with the toilet, washing machine and blocked sink. The contact staff were helpful and did their best to get the issues fixed. No toaster and no instructions on how to work the oven. In the end we could not use the oven or grill at all. The heat button on the induction hot plates got very hot and burned our fingers when trying to adjust the heat.

A very cozy flat, spacious, clean, with all of the appliances you need to feel comfortable and at home. In a quiet neighborhood, but strategically located to explore the city.

The host communication could be better.
