Tregenna House - St Ives, A Beautiful Newly Refurbished 4 Bedroom Family Town House With Alfresco Dining Garden and Private Parking Spaces

Fantastic location. Lovely decorative additions internally, locally sourced to make the house very welcoming.

Not very easy to unload luggage.

parking was 10 mins walk away fairly close but all uphill not ideal if you have lots of trips planned like we did.

Zentral gelegen

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht geputzt, als wir anreisten. Nach der Beschwerde wurde zwei Tage später noch einmal nach geputzt. Der Grill draußen war verschimmelt und rostig. Am fünften Tag wurde ein neuer Grill geliefert, den wir allerdings selber ohne Werkzeug zusammenbauen mussten. Die Betten sind eine Zumutung. Viel zu schmal und absolut durchgelegen. Das Etagenbett ist maximal für Kinder bis fünf Jahre geeignet, sehr schmal und sehr kurz. Der beschriebene Parkplatz befindet sich 20 Minuten steil bergauf. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf keinen Fall waren Töpfe und Pfannen so vorhanden, dass man mit sechs Personen problemlos kochen kann. Hier wurden zwei neue Töpfe nach der Beschwerde nachgereicht die ebenfalls viel zu klein waren. Für den sehr teuren Preis haben wir eine wirklich viel bessere Unterkunft erwartet mit Sauberkeit und komfortablen Betten.

Wrongly sold Parking was 25 mins away at the highest point of st.ives The entrance was through a dingy passage and next to a renovation of connected shop Sofas and outside areas were unkempt unclean and musty smell in passages Photos are available to share as we entered and can share and children refused to stay

Great central location for St Ives Harbour and Porthminster beach. Beautiful house, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Comfortable and spacious for 7 adults.

Trying to load and unload on the narrow street as you can't park!

Location is bang in the centre of st Ives Recently refurbished property, all facilities, white goods present. Lots of cutlery. Great outer area to sit and enjoy an outside lunch. All beds, bed linen clean and comfortable. Check-in instructions and response via booking website v fast and detailed.

No parking available close by, it's expected in St Ives as it's a beach town with narrow winding roads and an uphill. They give you a designated parking which is a 12 mins uphill walk, a tiring one - the descent is easy.

Nice size property

Very awakward to unload on arrival. The so called parking is actually a 15 minute walk away not realistic at all. They don’t mention this gig only get an idea if you look thru all the reviews. Cigarette butts left in garden and the bbq absolutely filthy with what looked like compost stuff underneath. And to top it off had no Sleep both nights mattresses are way to thin. No welcome pack with any appliance information like every other place I’ve ever stayed And apparently I should have requested the cleaner to come when I said about it like someone really wants that after a day of travel. Anyway not a good experience
