¡¡MUY RECOMENDABLE!!: La limpieza, el orden, los detalles y sobre todo la hospitalidad. La atención de Andrea y Claudia era constante. Andrea, un hombre excepcional, siempre estaba pendiente de nuestras necesidades y nos colmaba con detalles y recomendaciones. Si las imágenes son preciosas, aseguro que en persona todo es aún mejor!! Fue algo extraordinario. Es muy difícil que te hagan sentir como en tu propia casa y esta familia lo consiguió desde el minuto uno. ¡¡Muchas felicidades!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💙😊

Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Andreas ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail und großem Engagement für seine Gäste da ist. Er hat mir und meinen Freunden tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ruhig gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben und kann den Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Claudia wärmstens empfehlen🥰

Quiet location, nice garden with pool that we were allowed to use. Breakfast room near pool. Very attentive owners. We have had everything what we needed.

There is nothing really to complain about. The room is quite small and does not really offer good storage opportunities for the clothes. For us this was not a problem, but it’s not a 10 rating. Although the location is quiet it’s a bit away from Cagliari in a poor looking area. The typical Mediterranean atmosphere 😂. We felt a bit unsafe when walking through the streets in the evening. For sure we did not rate this.

Andrea and Claudia are the most wonderful hosts we came across in the past years! They welcome you with an amazing Sardinian appetizer and warm talk. You feel like home, not like a guest. They have all google links with recommendations and tips around Southern Sardegna. The pool is amazing as well with all facilities to enjoy your time .

Der Besuch bei Andrea und Claudia war für uns so, als wenn man alte Freunde besucht. Das ist keine Phrase. Andrea hat von Anfang an sehr darauf geachtet, dass wir uns so wohl wie möglich fühlen und war viel mit uns im Austausch. Angefangen von Frühstückswünschen über Restaurant- und Strandtipps bis zu einer liebevoll gestalteten virtuellen Stadtour in Cagliari. Und das tolle ist, jeder Tipp war ein Treffer und jedes mal einen Besuch wert. Bei der Ankunft gab es eine herzliche Begrüßung und uns wurde ein Aperetivo angeboten  Die Unterkunft ist zudem sehr günstig im Osten von Cagliari gelegen und bietet einem viele Möglichkeiten entweder die tolle Natur und die zahlreichen wunderschönen Strände (auch super zum Schnorcheln) zu genießen, oder sich in das getümmel der Stadt zu stürzen. Die Unterkunft selber besteht aus zwei (?) Gästezimmern anliegend am Wohnhaus der Familie mit jeweils eigenem Zugang, kleiner Terrasse sowie eigenen Badezimmern. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben modern und es war sehr sauber. Zudem gibt es auf dem Gelände einen coolen Pool, Liegen und andere Badeutensilien sowie einen klimatisierten Wintergarten, welcher auch als Frühstücksraum dient. Dort findet man im Kühlschrank dann das liebevoll und individuell vorbereitete Frühstück sowie auch leckeren guten Kaffe und süßes Gebäck.  Sollte dann doch mal etwas fehlen oder eine Frage aufkommen, bekommt man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine Antwort per WhatsApp oder die Gastgeber schauen persönlich vorbei. Neben diesen eher auf den Aufenthalt als Gast bezogenen Dingen fanden wir auch den persönlichen Austausch sehr schön, egal ob es über Sardinien, Essen, Gärtnern oder Technik ging. Wir hatten das Gefühl sehr auf einer Wellenlänge zu sein und würden (oder werden) ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken wieder kommen. Bis dahin werden wir Andrea und Claudia erstmal jedem weiter empfehlen, der Sardiniens wunderschönen Süden besuchen möchte und eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit tollen warmherzigen Gastgebern braucht.

Lange drüber nachgedacht aber nichts zur Beanstandung gefunden.

We had an unforgettable stay with Andrea and his lovely family. Andrea did his very best to help with the surprise after we got engaged, arranging flowers and champagne when we got back to our room. Having the breakfast room ready for use every day is wonderful, because you can choose when you want to eat. The pool and garden were great as were the many many tips and ideas they gave us for day trips, restaurants and other places to visit. I can't stress enough how wonderful this beautiful family takes care of you. And if you like alone time, they completely respect that as well. Very highly recommended, we are hoping to visit them again soon.

If you are lucky enough and you can still find this place available for your holiday date do not hesitate and grab this opportunity to live in the most coziest apartment. Believe my-you won't regret. We had amazing time in this beautiful apartment, everything from the beginning till the last day was just perfect and we didn't want to leave. You get extremely cosy room with a modern bathroom, AC, TV, fridge and of course terrace outside. The yard is maintained and groomed with many wonderful plants and trees - it's just a dream. There is a pool which is amazing too, we really enjoyed it a lot in the mornings before we start our long day. Actually we felt like we are at home or wisitting our family because of the care and attentivety of the hosts. Claudia and Andrea and their kids they are just amazing human beings with a wide opened hearts. We are grateful for the warm welcome and support through our stay, we received valuable advice on where to go and what to see and where to eat. A delicious breakfast awaits you every morning, which is served according to your preferences. Claudia bakes great desserts, her cakes are simply amazing and made with love. The location is also perfect, everyday you can reach different beaches within 20-40 min by car and there are many beaches in the south where you can actually watch beautiful sunset in the evening. Also Cagliari is 20 min. by car. We still live with memories and warm impressions of our great vacation, which would not have been the same without Claudia and Andrea, we already miss you and we hope to meet you again. 🥰🥰🥰 With love E&E
