Beautiful large windows spotless. Staff were lovely

It was clean and new. Friendly staff. Not much to do around the area except for a shopping mall. Loved the double beds. Super comfortable along with the pillows also. Had a pleasant stay.

- The kitchen staff (waitress) was not professional by ignoring the guest's request, they did not ask the guests if they would like to have anything for breakfast or even introduce or inform the guest which will have for today. Example : someone couldnt eat seafood, onion,... anything , they should have done it before brought the food to the guests. Note that the food they served us is from the restaurant down on the street , really bad service - Outside the hotel is very dirty as they are fixing and renovating the road. - Television is not working for channels, bluring , couldnt see anything , but could work for youtube - Hot water you need to wait for a long time, very inconvenient - Dirty and dusty lobby and restaurant areas - The location is far away from everything, just nearby one supermarket and a minimart, if you want to find a restaurant you have to walk around few kilometers Finally, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Spacious room with excellent view, hotel facilities are brand new. This hotel exceeds my expectation within its price range

This was an extremely pleasant stay for both my mother and I. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The building is very modern, clean and had everything that we were looking for. Close proximity to the promenade where you can go for walks and runs! We were also spoilt for choice with amazing restaurants just down the road. I highly recommend visiting and staying a couple nights, we wish we had stayed longer and will definitely be back.
