Location is perfect, because the house is upright the beach. The view from window is amazing. The design and arquitectural project are very nice. You have everything needed inside the house, even outside grill and very nice terrace. Perfect for 1 couple and 1 or 2 kids. Or 2 couples, but 1 room is a passage room, but still comfy. The place is very cozy, garage is a huge bonus for easy parking.

As place is located by the river, it suffers a bit from humidity. Need to be ventilated more often. With AC problem solves perfectly.
