Nice clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed.

It was little difficult to find,with a complex entry system.

The Staff were exceptional - really welcoming and helpful. The room was upgraded and made so much difference, i will come back again and redo the exact same trip - love Lithuania and hugely due to my stay here!

The room was super clean, sheets very soft and the bed in general very comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly. Location is also very good, even though we didnt have much time to walk around.

Because of the system error, I was able to book an already occupied room and for that matter I was offered another room. But it was not the one that I really wanted.

I had a lovely stay at In Room in Kaunas Old Town. I stayed in the Grey Room, which was beautifully decorated, warm, cozy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath added a lovely touch of luxury. The instructions provided via WhatsApp to access In Room were very clear, and any questions I had were answered promptly and helpfully. I also really appreciated being able to leave my luggage in the hall after check-out, as my flight wasn’t until later that evening. Although the entrance isn’t signposted from the outside, it’s easy to find as indicated from the photos included with the instructions. Just take the door immediately before the green “Gamtos Produktai” sign, and the rest is very straightforward. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kaunas Old Town, within a five-minute walk of Town Hall Square and Kaunas Castle. It’s also conveniently located about a ten-minute walk or less via Vilnius Street from the 29G bus stop on Savanorių Prospektas coming from the airport. It is also a ten-minute walk or less again via Vilnius Street from the 29G bus stop opposite Nüman Restaurant on Nemuna Street on the return journey to the airport. It’s also easy to book a Bolt should you wish to visit the Ninth Fort Museum located in the city outskirts or should you wish to get to Kaunas Railway Station and venture to Vilnius or elsewhere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend In Room to friends or anyone visiting Kaunas.

Estupendo el sitio, pero los colchones tienen que mejorar y la cama supletoria es incómoda. Deberían tener alguna zona común. El personal es efectivo y cordial.
