Close to where I need to be

The room did not have a street view window. The kitchen was so small only one person can be in it at anyone time

Nice room, bathroom near the room.

No mobile number to call the, reception. Had to speak to local residents to phone the reception. There was no hot water for a shower. The television had no channels. You had to subscribe which takes time. No window, in the room just a ceiling window that opens to let air in.

Misleading description. It clearly says there is WiFi when there isn’t. It does explain that as you walk out of your room you are literally in a shared kitchen. The bedroom next door is another room being rented out. It’s very claustrophobic with little private space to relax.

The exceptional cleanliness of the room. It had a good lock with a similar one to the corridor. The overall finish of the whole property was done extremely well. Welcoming but not for anyone who is disabled in any way. The water was hot and plentiful, and the heating was warm and cosy .

It was a shared flat that we were not expecting. A shared bathroom was a bit difficult to cope with. The steps up were Very steep. I needed help so it wasn't easy for me to climb them.. The sheets and quilt topper were very creased.Towels were the same. But they were very clean and cotton. The kitchen was also shared and was not kept clean. There was not enough crockery we could use. I felt uncomfortable in this environment.. We had problems gaining entry as we had to wait for the owner. Some of these are minor but the property is not for you if you are disabled.
