GBLocation is great and the apartment is really well finished.
The upstairs neighbour is a problem. Constant stamping around and regular ceiling shaking impacts until late at night. Not really sure what was happening up there but ultimately out of the control of the owners :(
GBIt is a lovely apartment less than a minutes walk to the funicular that takes you down to the beach. There's a park opposite for exercising your dog and it is an easy to walk into the town. The apartment is very nicely finished with all cooking and laundry equipment you'd want.
The only negative was the upstair neighbour, other reviews also mention this. He seems to do a lot of walking around which you can hear and this is an old house that wasn't designed to be flats so doesn't have all the sound proofing you'd usually expect. To be honest we got used to it after a couple of nights and it wasn't all day long. I can't imagine there's much the apartment owners can do about it. But it wasn't a deal breaker for us and we'd probably book again.
GBLoved the quality of finishings in the apartment. The art pieces were an extra bonus giving a very luxurious feel to our stay. The hosts were contactable and very helpful.

GBL'appartamento e' molto spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. La cucina perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale. Le camere sono molto silenziose, e la zona living monto luminosa.
L'unico peccato veniale e' che il lavamano nel bagno e' piccolo
