Willkommen im Paradies - Welcome in Paradise - Bienvenidos al paraíso

Wunderschönes Außengelände auf Klippen mit Blick zum Meer. Sehr ruhig, mit einigen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist der Wahnsinn! Es gibt auch einen Pool, dafür war es uns aber noch zu kalt. Die Zimmer bieten alles notwendige; ein eigenes Bad, eine kleine Pantry-Küche mit Küchenutensilien & ein bequemes Bett. Es gibt auch eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, die wir auch viel benutzt haben. Dort kamen wir auch mit anderen Gäst:innen in Kontakt, die alle sehr nett waren. Mir haben auch die Katzen gut gefallen :) Im Mariposa kann man auf jeden Fall auch gut ein paar Tage entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Zimmer sind schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und könnten an einigen Stellen aufgebessert werden. Wir haben aber auch Zimmer gesehen, die deutlich besser ausgestattet waren als unsere. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist nur was für gekonnte Autofahrer:innen, da der Parkplatz der Unterkunft auf einem sehr steilen Hang liegt. Anfahren & Wenden am Berg sollte also sicher beherrscht werden.

Pros: * It is a very big and beautiful property with absolutely amazing views. The place has a large garden, a private butterfly garden spread across a big area, yoga and meditation spaces, a common kitchen, library, swimming pool, and many more thoughtful spaces. * The atmosphere is very peaceful - birds chirping, sound of waves, and nature all around. It truly feels calming and special. We especially loved the sunset views, the garden, birds chirping, the healing hall, and the butterfly garden within the property. * The host was not in town during our stay, but she made sure to stay in contact and provided all the necessary information in advance. There was also a contact person available who guided us throughout our stay. She made sure she was always there whenever we needed help and responded to our messages immediately - very kind of her and truly appreciated. * A heater was provided when we felt cold inside the room, which was helpful. * The property is also quite close to the highway , around 1.5 to 2 km.

* The main challenge for us was parking. The road leading to the property is dangerously steep, and this was not clearly mentioned on the booking site. After the booking was confirmed, we were informed that there are limited parking slots and another parking area around 50 meters away. However, since it was a weekend, that area was already full. It became extremely difficult to drive downhill, reverse the car, realize there were no spots available, and then climb back again. It was very stressful, tedious, and physically challenging. Even though we have years of driving experience, it was not easy for us. People who are very experienced in hill driving may find it manageable, but for us it was quite difficult. * We had to park our car on the main road and Walking up and down the steep road was also not easy at all. Turning the car around in the narrow space, especially with many cars already parked, was very challenging. If you plan to go out every day, this can become quite difficult. * When we arrived, it was raining and water was seeping near the window, which made the floor wet. * The bathroom floor drain also did not clear quickly and took time for the water to go down. We also noticed many millipedes and centipedes inside the room, which was uncomfortable.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit Terrassen, Sitzplätzen, dem wunderschönen Garten und dem stetigen Ausblick auf Meer und Teide. Einfache, aber funktionale Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und Petra sind stets ansprechbar und kümmern sich sofort um alle Fragen und Belange.

La camera da letto è improponibile per dimensioni e il materasso ha una depressione in mezzo: scomodissimo. Molto freddo e umido senza possibilità di scaldare. Attrezzatura dell' "angolo cottura" insufficiente, con un lavandino delle dimensioni di quelli di un treno o aereo. Bagno piccolissimo e con tenda per la doccia. Per arrivare alla struttura i taxi si rifiutano (questo ci hanno riferito), visto che la pendenza della strada, asfaltata malissimo, è notevole. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto più in alto e ci siamo fatti ogni giorno, più volte, salita e discesa.

The view was breathtaking The garden was beautiful, The terrace, swimming pool was fantastic Chance to meet so many other nationalities Gekos and lizards in the room and lots of plants in the Suite room.

Car park super steep, it was hard to park there. The comunal kitchen was not clean - coffee maker had moulded filter inside. There was a kettle in the room but no cups or anything to make tea / coffee

I had a great stay here. My room (Mariposa) was the smallest but it had everything I needed and it was very cosy. The price was also very nice. The place is very calm with beautiful view of the ocean and Pico del Teide. There is also big beautiful garden. I travelled alone so it was nice for me to meet some nice people and our host Petra. One evening she has organized a community dinner in the shared dinning room so everyone who was there could join. It was very lovely. It's up to you if you want to meet other guests or be there by yourself. If I ever visit Tenerife again I will definitely come back here.

Parking was a little bit tricky but nothing too hard
