The location is amazing, the keypad to enter is very convenient, the host was very quick at communicating

The balcony is not on Via Roma, this isn’t clear in the description. The upstairs sleeping area gets very warm as the aircon faces downstairs, and no fan is provided (one was requested). It lacked basic things such as clothes hangers (we had 5 in total between 2 clothes rails and we were a group of 3), wine bottle opener and cups. The floor was dirty, we realised this when we all had showers upon arrival and then the soles of our feet were black minutes later. All very easy things to fix though ☺️
