We could feel the springs in the bed; I just didn't sleep. There was a broken chair stuffed in a cupboard, For a luxury apartment I would have had a matching set of cutlery, a set of glasses and mugs would be nice, there were 2 tumblers, one plastic gin glass, a set of flutes,,3 mugs. It is a basic apartment, I would not call it stylish. The balcony floor needs a good clean, someone could slip out there. There was no TV aerial cable for the tv, you could not watch tv. The carpet in the hallway needs cleaning, there are silver fish that come out from the carpet into the bathroom The cupboards that have cleaning products in, the owners property in, I would tidy up.
