Amazing views, very well equipped, clean

Couldn’t check in on time as they had allowed a late check out for previous guests, only knew this the day before. Terrible internet which meant we had no Netflix or laptop access. Not enough hot water for the size of Villa for showers. Tired decor and furniture. Not particularly clean. Stained towels and linen.

Spacious, nice pool, incredible view

Far from town but expected with villas in these places

We booked the villa for 7 nights, but upon arrival, we found it in a moldy and rundown condition. The place was neither clean nor sanitary, with dirty toilets, closets with hair, stained bedsheets, dirty and broken furniture, etc. The property manager offered to clean the floor and change the blood-stained bedsheets, but the moldy condition of the villa required refurbishment to be resolved. There was mold growing on the bedroom walls, bathroom floor, and shower heads, as well as on fabrics such as curtains, lampshades, and pillows. It was a complete respiratory disaster. We had to find alternative accommodation, which was chaotic and ruined our holiday experience. No one would be willing to take a shower standing on the moldy floor and using a moldy showerhead nor sleeping in a moldy bedroom.! Additionally, the property was listed again after we refused to stay there. Despite not staying there a single night, the property manager refused to refund anything. We are pursuing a full refund and are taking further actions against Booking.com. The pictures of the villa on booking.com do not accurately represent the current rundown condition of the villa and are very misleading. Mold is everywhere which is consistent with the review dated May 30th by the previous guest. Unfortunately, it was too late for us. Below are just a few pictures of the condition of the place. We wish we could post all the 40 photos we have on the rundown condition of the place…just too numerous to even list them all…

Location was perfect. Swimmingpool with sea view was very beautiful.

Location was amazing, make sure you get quad bikes as its quite a walk to the shops! Nicholas the host was very helpful and friendly, 10/10 for his service!

The property could have been cleaned whilst we were visiting.

Great pool and views solid value for money

Place can be hard to find by local taxi drivers ask for clear instructions before arriving, cleaning crew arrived on the day of check out very early, hours before the checkout time and they were unannounced.
