As all mentioned, a nice apartment. A large living room.

No elevators you can use. The system seemed to shut down all the time. The light of the elevator wasn’t on. Anybody with large suitcases, or traveling with elderly father or mother or grandparents is surely difficult to walk up long stairs to the room, especially after a long sightseeing(if you are a tourist). Even if requested to fix it many times, the staff always answered that it was not his/her responsibility. Never fixed during our 3 nights-4 days stay eventually, though I kept asking. When I try to find the apartment before we go to Madrid. The explanation of the apartment at Booking.com is that it has an elevator, which was our main reason to choose this apartment, because we have 5 luggage and take my father who is almost 80 years old. It is the owner’s responsibility that somehow the owner should get rid of the trouble as soon as possible, if s/he notes that this apartment has an elevator. If s/he is not responsible, as the owner said, for whether the elevator moves or not. It shouldn’t be written that the apartment has an elevator. If we had known we couldn’t use elevator, we would not have chosen this apartment. So if you are planning to book this apartment, you have to ask if the elevator works or not. And make sure if s/he can promise to fix it at once, before you book. It’s a must. If you are young enough, or with a little bag, it’s nice to stay.
