Tulana Taggs - floating home on idyllic island

Nothing was too much effort… hot tub, request of an extra bed, the best Thai massage either of us have ever had. Fresh bread on arrival with eggs, milk, butter, fruit infused water in the fridge, homemade muffins with jams, bottle of bubbly- there was also porridge, sweet snacks, everything to make coffee of your choice… and so much more that we didn’t take advantage of. A truly indulgent couple of nights

Absolutely fantastic service. Met by Linda on arrival and she was fantastic, showing us how everything worked, gave us local recommendations and made us feel at home. The luxury feel of the place was fantastic, facilities were top notch and we had a really great stay. Highly recommend.

Host and all the care and attention she put in. The snacks and drinks she left were incredible. The decor fantastic. The tranquil situation.

Just once in a while, you find somewhere that words cannot adequately describe. Taluna Taggs is one of these places, and the owner, Linda "The African Queen", was the perfect host. From the opulent, thoughtful decorations to the freshly baked bread and banana muffins, wine, to name but a few of the unexpected extras, this first rate accommodation was a first rate experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I'll be back!!!!

This beautiful floating home totally exceeded our expectations, with so much attention to detail, every aspect of the home has been designed beautifully. We loved the nature, and feeding the ducks each day, that came right up to the doors... And the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.

This property is exceptional and so are the hosts! Linda and Mark make you feel like one of the family and even baked a fresh loaf of bread to welcome us ‘home’ - the houseboat is out of this world and deserves an 11 for its quirky, stylish, comforting and relaxing feel. Definitely a place to forget the outside world and wind down in a very central location
