Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist optimal. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen ruhig gelegen. Die Räume sind für englische Verhältnisse relativ groß. Der Vermieter reagierte immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen und kam bei Bedarf kurz vorbei.

Die Heizung war bei Ankunft eingeschaltet (Juli), so dass es sehr heiß war. Auf Nachfrage zeigte uns der Vermieter, wo die Heizung ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Die beiden Toilettenspülungen sind laut, besonders die neben den Schlafzimmern.

The location was close to everything with adequate paid parking nearby.

Location was okay but with a lot of noise at night time due to road surfacing; it was going on until around 11pm; was surprised this is allowed in a residential area.

The property is very cozy and clean. It is close to the town centre, shops, attractions and train station which is very convenient. Very spacious and we had a comfortable stay. Most importantly, it is safe!

The kitchen hood wasn’t working so the alarm went off while we’re making dinner. Just had to close the kitchen door while cooking and left the window open then it was fine. The noise in the upstairs bathroom was loud, just had to use the bathroom downstairs at night because we didn’t want to disturb the neighbours.

close to town, bright decor.

Street was a little rough but no problems beside the smell of weed. no parking outside the property as permit holders only ...host told us to park on multistorey down the road for £5 a day...incorrect!! it cost us £15.50 a day! house was generally clean apart from kitchen ... rancid manky cloth left for cleaning up. the oven has never seen a clean. could make a meal out of old food in it! didn't eat in the house, chose to eat out.
