Everything in the apartment is old

The apartment is very well located for people needing the access to the Railway Station. Communication with staff was easy and accurate. The property is large (2 rooms and a separate kitchen) and well equipped.

There are some minor issues with the bathroom, which is quite old compared to the rest of the apartment. Also, some lighting problems that I mentioned to the staff during check-out and most probably they solved them. Location is not ideal for people wishing to visit the city, as it is quite far for walking.

Location is convenient enough, close to public transport if one needs to go to the city centre. Close to grocery stores (Profi, Penny, Kaufland).

1. The apartment was not properly cleaned after previous guests. It seems there was no vacuum cleaning done what you notice after getting someone's hair collected on to your socks... Layer of the dust on the furniture tops.. The bathroom was clean though. 2. During my stay period there was a construction/renovation going in the neighbouring apartment. Workers did lots of drilling that made awful heavy noise, which can drive anyone just crazy. This has spoiled my stay in the property.

The fact that I was able to find another apartment nearby and get some sleep for my early flight!

The heating did not work, and the host refused to issue a refund. There is a CO2 leak from the central boiler, you might go to sleep but never wake up. I'm amazed Booking.com lets these sorts of properties to advertise on their website. Worst experience I ever had!

Bedroom is quite nice.

Bathroom is awful, dor is not opening from time to time
