GBFabulous sea view from the huge terrace. Walling distance to old town. Very responsive owner/letting agent. Very well equipped.
Its is dated and old fashioned with slightly scruffy fittings and furniture. The patio doors are not secure, the locking mechanism is broken and has not been properly repaired. The bathroom light was flickering badly, a very minor repair issue, irritating because it would be so easy to fix.
USWe really enjoyed our stay at Casa Paraiso and there is an amazing sea view. The location is great with walking access to the beautiful beach. In addition, the facility has a large swimming pool and amenities including tennis court, restaurants, and game room for kids. The amazing Ponta de Piedade Boardwalk trail along the cliffs and shore passes through the facility. The same trail took us to the sidewalk along the canal with access to Old Town Lagos where there are so many great restaurants and shops. We took a kayak tour from Lagos Adventure along the amazing shoreline that I highly recommend. It is a perfect location to use as a home base and explore the Algarve region of Portugal. The apartment is so nice, and Johan has it outfitted with everything we need for our stay. Johan is a great host, and we really enjoyed the special touches he provided for our stay. Totally recommend staying with Johan at Casa Paraiso.

CAThe terrace was fabulous. The ocean views amazing. The close proximity to the pool and ocean was great. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely linens and towels
The building complex and grounds are a little older and rundown looking. But don't let that deceive you as the apartment and location is just fabulous. We also had technical difficulties with the coffee maker but just could have been us.
