Nice and clean when we arrived, great size for two people, and good location being close to bus stops and about a 20 minute walk to a retail park with a cinema, gym, food options and groceries. Close to some nature walks as well and generally a nice area overall

You do have to find street parking but we generally didn’t have too many issues finding a park close to the house

Lovely flat, wish I could buy it, for holiday destination it was very homely. I personally loved it, it was clean, modern, warm , bright, efficient customer service

parking was complicated .I expected a bit more luxurious neighbourhood based on the photos and bigger flat, but it was just what we needed very good feel. Neighbour attacked us for parking outside which was a bit of a downer, but it all got resolved

This is the first time we have ever given a poor review to a holiday property. Upon arrival, we found the property inadequately cleaned and poorly maintained. It being late afternoon, we went to buy cleaning materials as none were available in the apartment. We cleaned the sink so we could clean crockery and cutlery for our evening meal (we hid the grimy washing up bowl under the sink). It seems that the cleaner had emptied the dishwasher but hadn't noticed that there were items not properly cleaned. In addition, to the dirty sink, washing up bowl, dishes and cutlery, some work surfaces were sticky, the bathroom was generally unclean and had unsightly marks and even a hair stuck on the wall. That evening, we emailed the manager to advise him. He contacted us the next day and, after much persuasion, came round and agreed with us that there were many shortcomings. He arranged for the cleaner to return and many of the cleaning issues were addressed but not all. While the manager was there, we pointed out the poor state of maintenance including two out of four lounge lights that weren’t working, a broken letter box flap, the laundry cupboard door handle that was missing and the door itself that had dropped and was difficult to open as it dragged across the floor, the toilet seat that was very loose, a grimy mat under the dining table and all the plumbing for the boiler that was exposed. Again, he agreed with our observations, and replaced the light bulbs in the lounge then curiously dismantled the letter box but didn’t repair it. Nothing else was repaired during the six days we rented the property. The property is advertised as having free parking on site. Not true - there is no onsite parking, but you can park on the street free, although it was rare to be able to park within 100 metres, and impossible to pull up outside to unload the car. We pointed this out but it still states on Booking.com that there is free parking onsite. We have retained photos.

Great location, easy to park on the street. Clean, modern, comfortable and well appointed with all the facilities you needed for a week's stay. Al was really helpful with any requests and we were really happy that we chose this place that served our needs really well.

We found the wifi was a little slow, but it wasn't a big issue.
