Adua Flat - perfect place for visiting Tuscany

Très bel appartement, grand, clair et bien décoré, avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable, y compris la literie. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. Un arrêt de bus pour la gare au pied de l'immeuble, et une Coop toute proche pour faire ses courses. Très bon contact avec Lorenzo et Stefano, très aimables et très réactifs.

Pas de climatisation seulement de l’air conditionné qui ne rafraichit pas le logement!

We stayed at this apartment as a family and had a wonderful experience. It was spacious, very clean, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is located in a peaceful area, which made the stay even more relaxing. The host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. We truly appreciated his hospitality. We would gladly return to this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A beautiful apartment, very clean and very well-equipped in a pleasant area, not far from the city center – 1.5 km. There's a bus stop right in front of the building and shops nearby. Private parking is available. The hosts are hospitable and ready to help (Grazie Stefano). We reached the center of Florence from the apartment in less than 45 minutes (by car to Parcheggio Autostradale "Drive and Tramway" Villa Costanza and then taking tram T1) at a minimum cost.

We like to stay in someone's house, because there is everything. Also it is a beautiful apartment. To be honest for us this kind of apartment is just perfect for us 4. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also a supermarket closeby. Also we toon the train to florence from pistoia trainstation. You can Also visit Pisa and you can also see the apuan alps from viareggio and much more.

After a long travelling and first stop in Verona this place was like a huge oasis for my family. So spacious, clean and bright. The whole apartment is air-conditioned and in the last days of July this was really great. Everything of the facilities listed was there but the space is really more than in the pictures. Communication with host is really great. Stefano, who is maintaining the apartment and welcomed us, is extremely kind and polite person. He answered all our questions, explained carefully and showed the apartment.He had even thought of little things to secure the place because we were travelling by kids. Things that usually I do by myself in every place we stay. A great bonus in that there are parking spaces for the building where you can leave your car although the neighbourhood is very quiet.

We really appreciated the prompt response from the accommodation provider. He was kind, punctual as agreed, explained everything willingly and advised as needed. The apartment is strategically located for visiting Toscana and the tranquility of Pistoia compared to Firenze is relaxing. Everything a visitor needs for a comfortable stay has been provided in the apartment. The balcony overlooking the Pistoia mountains was a nice bonus. The city centre can be reached within 20 minutes by walking. The train station is reachable within 10 minutes by public bus, which stops in front of the house with the apartment.

We just enjoyed the stay in Adua flat.
