Die Wohnung ist lieblos eingerichtet. Bettdecken sind ungenügend warm.

Wir hatten am zweiten Tag keinen Strom. Wir riefen an, informierten die Verantwortlichen. Trotzdem kam niemand den Strom kontrollieren und reparieren.
