"Just okay"

Location and the spa room. Quiet place in a beautiful area.

Most of the furniture and appliances need upgrade. The electrical fixtures need to be brought to code in the bedroom. No sink just a minute basin making difficult to do dishes.

Beliggenheden i forhold til vores behov.

Vi finder lejligheden uegnet især da der ikke er køkkenvask, og kun meget lille vask på toilettet. Vand til vandkoger og opvask må hentes ved at hænge ind over kanten på boblebadet, hvor blandingsbatteri til aftapning og til bad, er og hvor brusebad må foretages. Begge manøvrer er farlige for ældre. Lejligheden er mørk, inventaret slidt, boblebadet lækkede, sidste aften fløj møl. Ved ankomst gøede hund i nabolejlighed flere timer, indtil ejerne kom hjem.
