Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und ideal für 2 Pärchen bzw. eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Lage unweit der Metro Station ist super. Desweiteren gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es sind viele elektrischen Geräte in der Küche vorhanden z. B. Toaster, Wasserkocher. Backofen und vor allem eine Spülmaschine.

Die Austattung der Küche an Gebrauchsgeschirr könnte verbessert werden. Vier gleiche Tassen oder eine Bratpfanne könnte man ergänzen. Außerdem hätten wir uns mehr Handtücher gewünscht. Ein Duschtuch für eine Woche pro Person für Körper und Haare fanden wir zu wenig.

Great central location close to transport. Pleasant decor. Good value for money in an expensive city. Good self checkin instructions.

Shower holders were broken and towels very thin. Only the bare minimum supplies provided, eg just a little shampoo/body wash and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. No tea, sugar or s&p etc (4 coffee pods only).

Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend del primo maggio tutto assolutamente perfetto. Casa spaziosa, arredata con attenzione e cura dei particolari. Staff presente per ogni richiesta. Vicino alla metro e a due supermercati. La sceglierei nuovamente per un prossimo soggiorno.

Estás rodeado de varios supermercados, un centro comercial y muchas tiendas de regalos. La avenida en la que está nos pareció muy segura. Al lado, o en el mismo barrio judío. Y a 5 /10 minutos de los Ruin bars

Por decir algo, los baños no tienen mucha privacidad porque las puertas son translúcidas pero estaban perfectamente equipados y nuevos. Simplemente fue una sorpresa.

We had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated several aspects of this apartment. The space is very spacious with impressively high ceilings, which makes it feel bright and airy. It’s also well-equipped with all the facilities you might need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was excellent — he was always responsive, helpful, and available whenever we had questions. The location is another big advantage. The apartment is conveniently situated close to supermarkets and a metro station, and most major landmarks are within a 20–25 minute reach, which made getting around the city very easy.

That said, there were a couple of downsides. The apartment is located on a very busy central avenue, so it can get quite noisy at night, especially with frequent ambulance sirens. Additionally, there are a few areas that could be improved: the shower holders in both bathrooms need fixing, and the towels should be replaced, as they had an unpleasant smell.

La localisation est juste parfaite pour nous.
