Stunning ocean view 2 bedroom Steps from beach

Appartamento con vista panoramica meravigliosa sul mare. Balcone ampio e vivibile. Camera principale molto ampia e vista mare, con grande bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La seconda un po' piccola. Cucina accessoriata per cucinare in casa. A disposizione sedie ombrelloni e bodyboard. Parcheggio riservato nel complesso.

La sera faceva troppo fresco per cenare in balcone, un tavolo dentro casa sarebbe stato utile invece della moquette nella zona giorno.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The owners are completely money-hungry, greedy, and extremely unprofessional. We checked into this property after a long day of traveling, only to find that the place was outdated, poorly maintained, and absolutely unacceptable. The carpets were dirty and clearly needed to be replaced, but the worst part was the BUG INFESTATION. There were bugs on the beds, in the bathrooms, and throughout the property. There was no way we could safely or comfortably stay there. We immediately tried contacting the owner and the number listed on the property website, but nobody answered. We were left scrambling at 10 PM to find another place to stay after already traveling all day. That kind of stress and inconvenience is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Later, the owner’s assistant contacted us and claimed they could not issue a refund because “bugs are common in Maui.” That excuse is absurd. We found another property just 5 minutes away and had ZERO bug issues there. This clearly proves the condition of this property was not normal. Since then, my husband and I have been going back and forth with Booking.com and the property owner trying to get our refund. The owner has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to understand the situation whatsoever. Instead of handling this professionally, he canceled our reservation himself and falsely claimed that we “never showed up,” while still taking our money. We NEVER gave permission for the reservation to be canceled. We then had to spend hours on the phone with Booking.com trying to fix a situation that should have been resolved immediately. The owner was stubborn, dismissive, and showed absolutely no concern for the inconvenience and stress caused to our family. We wasted an entire day of our vacation dealing with this mess because they refused to cooperate over a simple and justified refund request. Save your money, avoid the headache, and stay somewhere else.

The location was great. The balcony was a lovely view. It was easy to locate. Master bathroom and bedroom were especially nice.

Host was not on board with communication skills. A lot of things need maintenance, because they are falling apart. A bathroom mat was requested for the shower and industrial runner mats for a restaurant we're delivered.

The view from the lanai was fantastic! The location was great..it was close to small mall, the beach was a short block away and the unit was very comfortable! The building manager, Bob, was very helpful, all the visitors and unit owners were VERY friendly! It was 11 miles from the airport, close to a lot of other shopping and places to eat! Just a very relaxing, comfortable, fun place to stay!

Parking for more than 1 car is about 2 blocks away and not convenient if it is raining. Our 32 yr old pregnant granddaughter visited us and parking for her car was difficult.

The fairly reasonable price for this condo's fantastic panoramic ocean view and easy walk across the road to the popular Kamaole I, II & III beaches made it our top pick for pricey Maui. Spacious with many amenities, it is not your usual bare bones rental, but rather a place that the owner and their family manage and use themselves, so it is generously stocked accordingly. This just adds to the value of this rental as you don't have to spend more $$$ having to buy supplies at high island prices that you'll end up only using a few or little of (dishwashing tabs, laundry pods, cooking oil & spices, etc). The many kitchen utensils were new or in great condition, which is also a rarity in condo rentals. We enjoyed the provided beach chairs and umbrellas and utilized them daily on our trips to the beach. We also appreciated not being nickel and dimed, as parking was included and we always found a parking space daily.

The one air conditioner for the entire condo was situated outside and was incredibly loud (needs insulation?) and you could not enjoy the balcony with the deafening echo of the old unit. So shutting the a/c off the entire week turned out to be the best decision as the trade winds through the open windows/glass doors and ceiling fans did a much more efficient job of cooling off the condo. It was nice to listen to the ocean waves at night and any traffic noise was South Kihei road faded into the background. The only bothersome noise was the screeching from kids playing in the pools or inconsiderate neighbors talking loudly on their phones on in their balconies. But majority of the neighbors were considerate and that made sitting on the balcony and gazing at the stunning view a lovely experience. It was odd that there was no dining room table & chairs inside the condo, but fortunately we did not get rain the whole week, so we were able to eat out on the lanai balcony dining table for our meals while enjoying absolutely stunning Kihei sunsets each evening and beautiful pastel skies in the mornings.

The view, the openness and lightness, the lanai, the cleanliness.

Probs LY the going rate but wish the cost could have been a little lower.

I like everything about this condo. Beginning with the host. Communicative, extremley responsive, very kind and did he absolute best to ensure we didn't need anything. The conso was spotless, everything you need is already there (other than food). The beach is right across the street. Grocery stores, stores, gas stations, eateries within walking distance a short drive away. I will definetly stay here again. Perfect size for two to three people depending on the dynamic of the group.

Leaving, I didn't like leaving.

It was a great ocean view and got a beautiful wave sounds.And it is very comfortable to access a nice restaurant and ABC store.

The location was perfect for all the activities that we enjoyed during our stay in Maui. The condo was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, dishes, and appliances that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great.

The only thing we were missing was a dining room table in the condo. There is a patio table on the lanai. We prepared most of our meals "at home" and would have liked to eat indoors, especially in the evening.

The property was in a great location steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The lanai was one of the best parts about the condo. It had exceptional views and was the perfect way to start the morning with coffee watching the ocean and for sunset and cocktails in the evening.

The elevator was very warm and stuffy. I really wish it had a small fan to help move air around.
