Nice new development. Spacious and comfortable, balcony was nice, view great. Well appointed with everything you’d need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and full kitchen facilities.

Good location. Comfortable. New build so everything functioning well.

Poor quality dining table and chairs. Also cheap cutlery with loose handles and crockery, much of which doesn’t match. All out of keeping with the quality of the rest of the apartment. Certainly not ‘luxury’. I suggest you invest in some improvements.

Good location, lovely views of golf course and coast. Very clean and well presented apartment. Fully fitted kitchen. Comfortable bed. Bit on the warm side not easy to sort out heating controls. Would recommend and we would use again.

Everything, this is the second time we have chose to stay at this property as we love it so much. It’s perfect for a little family like ours and it’s so quiet and secure with such a beautiful view. We will definitely be booking again

Only the remoteness. It was lovely to have views over the golf course but we were there for the Blues Bash weekend in Broadstairs and didn’t want to drive and it was impossible to get a taxi so 45 minute walk each way

The view over golf course out to the sea & lighthouse was amazing. Loved the style & decor. Bed comfortable. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Parking was available in the grounds. It was quiet,safe & secure. Host was helpful & good communications.

There seemed to be a draft from the lounge & bedroom windows. Seemed unusual for such a new property. However this was the only thing we didn’t like so not too much of a problem really.
