Well furnished , modern . Perfect location. Free parking . Great and accommodating host. Love the downfall shower. Super clean.

Blinds let in all the light . No chance to sleep , other residents are so noisy you hear every foot step, constant doors slamming . ( although that’s not the hosts fault there are crap residents ) Drainage for bathroom not great and wet room door needs rethinking , mould building in door itself . No broom provided so couldn’t sweep up after ourselves when returning from the beach so constant sand on the floors . Not ideal for a family stay unfortunately . Outside building covered in cigarettes.

Best thing about room, was towels, Netflix and toaster.

Not suitable for families, being 2 adults and 3 children. The steps up to top bunk were dangerous, made out of same wood as my floor skirting at home, no actual rail to hold onto. Shower room more like an adapted cupboard turned into wet room, flooded as vent far too small. Consequently wet still when using toilet in night. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Blinds in room ok, but don’t expect to get any sleep as don’t block out any light. Parking out front limited first come first served, definitely not enough spaces. Work being done all around building very tatty. Both days meet by constant smell of weed and weed butts all around front entrance. Extremely dissatisfied.

Bathroom over flowing when showering,sofa not very clean, We couldn’t park our when we was leaving because the van blocked out car,the driver comes after 10 minutes and when we told him that he should block our car he replied that I own this place very rudely,FG16VHD
