Affordable Fully Furnished House with 3 Bedroom for Family and Big Groups

Owner is responsive - sometimes it took some time but at least she was able to resolve the issue. Water was the main issue. Sometimes there was no flow for hours which was a problem because we had 2 infants and 1 toddler with us. There was only 2 towels, we did not request nalang kasi we had extra with us. Overall would still recommend.

Host is very prompt in answering all my queries. She provided me booking instruction upon confirmation of booking. I reached her thru mobile phone and she help us to easily locate the house. Its a last minute booking no problems in looking for the place with the help of the host. Also, the place is a residential community very safe and house is gated. All rooms are air conditioned and great value for Money. House is Simple but very Clean. I will come back again with my family in the future.

All is seem so good so far and we got all what we needed during our stay.

- The owner was accommodating and helped us settle down smoothly. She was also responsive to our queries and was quick to respond. -The place was adequate for resting but you can surely feel the heat due to the summer season.

- The rooms and beds were a bit cramped for two adults to sleep in (per room). - It was hot

Spacious and can accommodate a group. You can cook and there are stores that sell food and groceries nearby. 3 rooms are all airconditioned!

A bit far from hi-way, booking a grab takes forever! We had to ride a trisikad to go outside the village and ride a taxi from there.

Very Affordable place for big groups and clean. Cozy, safe place as its inside a gated subdivision. The place is near the 3rd Mactan Bridge and if you want to go to Cebu City , its just few minutes away thru 3rd bridge. SM Seaside is like 10-15 mins away. Beaches in lapulapu city are accessible and some tourist spot like 1000 roses, Solea and other beaches. Going to the South of Cebu is very ideal when you stay in this place. Dorothy the host is very responsive. I can say our trip was on our budget because of this place, all we need is there.. we can cook and the wet market where fresh seafoods are available is a plus plus.. me and my friends will surely go back and contact dorothy.
